PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Commercial, residential, and industrial properties are legally required to implement an Emergency Fire and Evacuation Plan. Depending on your exact property and/or portfolio mix, special consideration will need to be taken to provide an accurate and comprehensive risk assessment.

We provide property management companies with Fire and Emergency Preparedness Planning, Training and Consulting Services. KGICA assumes the responsibility for compliance with the National and Provincial Fire Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and will include the required steps to ensure successful implementation, staff training, and ongoing review of fire safety documentation and practices.
